It was a great comeback for De La Salle after their basketball competition against NU Bulldogs last September 13 held in Smart Araneta Coliseum. La Salle was up with a two-digit in their last quarter inning, 68 over 56. Almond Vosotros being the player of the game ended up with 15 points.

After winning their latest game against UP, De La Salle faced Far Eastern University for the second elimination round last Wednesday, August 27 2014, at Mall of Asia Arena. Tamaraws are now in the solo lead with 8-2 in the standings. They've outlast La Salle in their final score of 74-70. Mike Tolomia being labeled as the player of the game with 22 points, five rebounds and three assists.

FEU's starting ive were Achie Inigo, Mac Belo, Carl Cruz, Anthony Hargrove and Ron Dennison. While La Salle's starting five were Norbert Torres, Jeron Teng, Almond Vosotros, Jason Perkins and Julian Sargent.
